Products and information

We aim to display product descriptions, pack sizes, prices and images accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs. Please check product packaging for definitive ingredients, allergen, nutrition, storage and best-before information.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). Delivery charges are currently ₹60 per order and are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when confirmed by Makhana House. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, delivery cannot be arranged, or an obvious error has occurred. Any amount collected for a cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable method.

Payment and cash on delivery

Payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may include cash on delivery and supported online payment options. Cash on delivery is available only where offered for the order and PIN code.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to serve deliverable addresses across India. Delivery depends on PIN-code serviceability, courier operations and other circumstances outside our control. Estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly to request cancellation; an order may not be cancellable after dispatch. Food products are handled with food-safety considerations, so change-of-mind returns may not be accepted. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with order details and photographs. See our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website use and intellectual property

Website content, branding, text and images belong to Makhana House or their rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website unavailability or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights where exclusion is not permitted by law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here.
